![]() ![]() I think I might've finally hit my "too much realism" point. I managed to total the car and DNF near the end of the second epic stage, on the last day, and I didn't even crash the car or anything spectacular it just wore down. From there I was able to get a bit of a tutorial to learn the basics, like acceleration, braking, the normal things you need to know. I'm considering dropping the difficulty because I'm having trouble even keeping the car in one piece on Monte Carlo-it doesn't help that I have a stupid team objective to only use 35 minutes of repair time, which seemed totally doable until I realized that rallies are now three days (and TWO repair periods). Unlike Kylotonn’s WRC series, career mode here mercifully lets us jump directly into any level of the modern WRC championship straight away. 28 Minutes Of Career Mode - WRC 9 Xbox Series X - Gaming Trend The game begins with asking you if you’re very experienced with racing games, which of course I’m not. And I gotta say, I'm not sure if you actually run all the rallies in WRC (versus skipping a few in the previous championships), but that plus each rally being three days instead of two, plus some rallies having TWO epic stages, is really beginning to wear me down. ![]() Managed to place second in my inaugural WRC 2 season (despite my first DNF in Finland, ugh) and decided to go for Toyota's WRC team. Spent some time with other games but decided to come back to this one to see if I could at least complete one season of the full WRC in career before calling it.
